JP Morgan also leads volunteer service activities for employees in local communities by utilizing our many resources, including those that stem from access to capital, economies of scale, global reach and expertise.

Competition Stage

Paper Submission

The stage where participants will position themselves as the leader of a company and lay out their innovative solution to the problems that are being faced by the company.

Objective QnA & Debating Stage

A stage where participants will debate and brainstorm their innovative solutions with other participants objectively in front of the panelists.

Pitching Presentation

A final round for top finalists who will present their proposed solution in front of the representatives of the company in the form of a presentation.
